  This used to be my favourite shoe store to shop at. Now ALL of the employees are rude. They will literally walk right past you and not even say hi More less ask you if you need a hand. I won’t be shopping here anymore

  The customer service is non existent, like I understand if you are dealing with a customer I can wait....but to not even acknowledge that someone is in the store waiting for assistance is disgusting! I rather travel then come to this footlocker ever again....all the staff needs to be trained the worst customer service ever...I wish I could give them zero stars.

  I can't even believe the lack of customer service. To make eye contact with an employee and say "excuse me" and they can't even get off their phone while standing on the floor is inexcusable. When you are purchasing a product for over 200 dollars and to not even be acknowledged!? I will never ever come to this location again and I suggest you don't either. This company seems to be solely relying on their products to sell themselves. I wish I would have read the other reviews before even attempting to come here.

  Terrible customer service. The young man in the store felt that it was a better time to converse with his friends than help. Even when talking to us, he had a stand-off attitude and felt that yelling across the store to tell us about a product was acceptable too.

  Would not recommend this store or company due to their poor customer service and lack of return policy. Purchased a pair of adidas shoes for my son at a price of $243.00. In less then 1 month the sole began to separate . Manager refused to take them back due to “excessive wear” (less then one month??) Commented on the colour of the sole being green. Of course it’s green it’s spring and grass makes them green. If you buy anything don’t expect them stand behind the products they sell.
